The terms listed below are to ensure that everyone’s stay here is as enjoyable as possible:

• Arrival - Please report to reception on arrival to book in and pay the balance of your stay.
• Groups - We reserve the right to refuse any groups which have not pre-booked.
• Alcohol - Drunken, antisocial behaviour or illegal drug use is never tolerated.  Anyone causing a nuisance or found to be in possession of drugs will be removed from the park by police.
•  Fires or braziers of any kind are strictly forbidden.  Barbecues permitted if raised off grass & a safe distance from tents.
  
• Vehicles - speed limit on site is 10 mph. Please keep vehicle movement to a minimum.  Insured drivers only.
• Motorised scooters etc. are not permitted (except mobility).  Bicycles are welcome but please show courtesy to pedestrians.
• Dogs must be fastened whilst on the site. A dog walking field is provided for free running. Always supervise and clean up after your dog.
• Noise - Avoid disturbing other people by keeping voices, TV and radio volumes low, particularly after 10 pm. No generators.
• Ball games, kites etc. must be at a sensible distance from other caravans, tents and vehicles. No golf. Parents are reminded that their children are their responsibility.
• Facilities - Please leave them as you would wish to find them. We particularly ask that you assist in keeping the refuse areas tidy by placing all rubbish inside the bins provided and not sending young children to dump rubbish.
• Lighting - toilet facilities are lit most of the night.  Other park lighting is minimal to prevent light pollution. Bring a torch and enjoy the stars.
• Emergency phone numbers are displayed in reception window. The park owners live on site.
• Refunds are given only in the event of an emergency - please ask for our terms if needed.
• Departure - please vacate your pitch by 4 pm on the day of your departure.
