Anglesey has miles of sandy beaches - many, including Benllech and Llanddona, fly the coveted 'Blue Flag' award. The island also boasts country walks, varied wildlife, sea and freshwater fishing, ancient historical monuments, golf courses, horse riding and boating facilities, all within easy reach of the park

Wales is famous for its castles. Beaumaris Castle is a few miles away, and there are also other castles to be visited at Caernarfon, Conwy and Penrhyn.

There are many other tourist attractions to be explored ranging from ancient monuments to family friendly farm attractions.

Activities to be enjoyed include walking, sea and freshwater fishing, horse riding, golf and boating.

There are numerous walks ranging from hiking in the high peaks of Snowdonia to country walks on Anglesey.

There are friendly pubs and restaurants, all within easy reach of the park. There is a good selection of local grocery and gift shops in the Red Wharf Bay area. Milk and papers are available in Pentraeth.

The Owen family have run Rhos Caravan Park and the adjoining working farm for almost 60 years. We will do our best to ensure that you enjoy the attractions of Island life as much as we do.
